All the bedrooms are
double-bed rooms,
but if guests need a third bed we can add it.
To see rooms click on the name buttons :
dvd/cd-players, sofa and fire-place, is at your disposal
to spend moments of relax and tranquillity or pleasant chat.
In this living room will be served breakfast, based
on typical Umbrian products
( jam, cakes, biscuits...home-made ).
If guests
are interested we give them the usufruct
of the kitchen, completely equiped,
gifted by oven,
dish-washer, washing machine and table (4 or 8 seats).
